Mark and Brent did an incredible job with the video production of our first-ever virtual fundraiser! They invested a fair … More amount of time into preparation for the event, including creating a countdown reel to play five minutes before the start of our event. The night before our event, they spent over two hours with us at our venue getting the lighting, camera and mics ready, and they were at the venue three hours before our live time to ensure everything worked correctly.
We used two cameras, and as part of our program, they dropped in a pre-recorded video we had highlighting our mentoring programs. Everything ran great, and the mics were well-leveled to ensure the sound quality and volume were the same for all presenters.
We ran into a technical issue with our event software about how to get our YouTube page to run (NOT the fault of Mark or Brent), and they were able to get things running for us while replaying our countdown reel. They were so professional and knowledgeable, they kept us from panicking! We figured out our issue with less than a minute to go live, and Mark said he would just restart the countdown for 2 minutes so we could take a moment to breathe and get in the right headspace for the live program. He was so helpful in so many ways, and we received a lot of positive feedback from our viewers.
Since our event, I understand they have enhanced their technology to provide an even better experience, though I must say, I don't think things could have gone much better for us.

Wishes & More worked with Mark to capture video of one of our incredible wish recipients as he was enjoying his “wish … More come true” in the Brainerd Lakes area. Mark took on the project – filming and editing footage of the wish and interviewing the parents – and captured everything that we needed in order to make the final video shareable, relatable and enjoyable. Mark’s professionalism throughout the communication process was top-notch and the final outcome was just as expected. We would highly recommend Mark for not only his filming and video editing, but also for his care and personal attention to the desired end-product. -
